Boulangerie la Parisienne

The Boulangerie la Parisienne is a Vancouver-based wholesale and catering bakery. Its roots are on Davie Street, where it opened during Expo ’86 in order to service the catering needs of Vancouver’s finest hotels and restaurants. In 1994, the artisan bakery moved to its current location on Franklin Street in East Vancouver and continued to specialize in providing fine pastries, desserts and artisan breads to local hotels, delis, cafés and restaurants. The Boulangerie la Parisienne retail store and café opened in 1997 on Mainland Street and has been a popular meeting place in Yaletown ever since.
